Can't say that this fits her because I sized up for when it's warmer. It's very well made and of decent quality. The dress itself isn't too heavy making it a perfect spring/summer time dress. The colors are vibrant and while it's still big on her currently, by the time she fits into it it'll fit as it should. The material isn't the softest but it's not uncomfortable either (if that makes sense).
